The Rare Breed accepts donations of both goods and funds. Donated goods can be dropped off at the outreach center at 215 S. Campbell between the hours of 3pm and 11pm Monday-Friday. Funds can be given in the form of a check made out to the "The Kitchen, Inc." with "Rare Breed" on the memo line and dropped at or mailed to the outreach center at 215 S. Campbell Springfield, MO 65806 as well.

Funds are used as restricted donations and allow the program to cover various miscellaneous expenses that are not included in our grants, such as carpet cleaning, food purchases, equipment purchases, emergency transportation, craft supplies, etc.

All donated goods and funds are tax deductable as The Kitchen is a 501(c)(3) not for profit corporation.
